Our investment strategy is based on identifying distressed or underperforming properties that are suitable for repositioning to significantly enhance value, creating a superior ROI for investors.

We seek out properties that are under-utilized or in need of substantial improvement or redployment in order to unlock instrinsic value. We invest in REO properties that vacant and in poor condition and perform the repairs and renovations needed to restore the units to marketable condition. Other properties may be repositioned, such as taking an ill-conceived failed condominium project and finishing it as a rental.

We target smaller properties that are below the radar of large REITs and investors, allowing us to keep our acquisition costs low and maximize profitability. Our core construction and property management capability allow us to effectively develop a large number of diverse small properties, creating a larger portfolio while enhancing returns and minimizing risk through geographic diversity.
